Opportunities Available
Greeters and Hospitality
You never get a second chance to make a first impression. Welcome teams love creating welcoming environments for every guest at The Village Chapel. Get more details and sign-up to volunteer at our Welcome Table.
Set Up/ Tear Down
We currently hold services at Buena Vista School so we always need help setting up and taking down our kids rooms and sanctuary on Sunday mornings. You can serve one or more Sundays a month.
Music Ministry
Be a part of our Worship team, can you sing or play and instrument? If if you answered no, we still need folks to operate the sound board, trouble-shooting computer issues, and operate the ProPresenter. You don’t even need any experience for the ProPresenter just a willing heart.
Prayer Chain
This group serves people in need of prayer and encouragement.
Meals Ministry
This group of individuals is tasked with occasionally providing a meal and a bit of encouragement to those going through crisis such as the birth of a child or a recent hospitalization.
Food Pantry
We put together food baskets monthly for select families in need both in our church and our community. You can help prepare, deliver, or even donate.
Outreach Team
The Outreach team takes the Love of God into our community through visitation, neighborhood teams, and community outreach.
Children’s Ministry
Children’s Ministry teams exist to unveil God’s love to the children and families of The Village Chapel. Volunteers serve on one or more Sunday mornings per month. You can work with children age 6-week to 6th grade depending on where God leads you.
Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry teams serve middle and high school students of The Village Chapel during the Sunday morning class, Sunday night student gatherings, annual retreats and mission trips.
Men’s and Women’s Ministries
These groups help prepare the Monthly Men’s Breakfast, Women’s Refresh Retreats, and other activities and events.
Small Groups
We hold weekly small group bible studies on a seasonal basis. We are currently recruiting for leaders, hosts, or those interested in learning to host a small group. This seasons groups will have a variety of subject matter. This is a great way to stay connected throughout the week and get to know your church family.
